1. Shipping Information

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:
We offer both standard and express shipping options to most regions worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on destination and selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees:
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $100 will incur a calculated shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package in real time.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to Return:
Please contact our support team at inquiriesupport@saralynda.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the simple return process.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your scarf for another design or color, please specify your preference when contacting our support team. Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on your location.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, customized or personalized scarves cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
